Good News - XXXIV PAN AMERICAN SENIOR KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP PUNTA DEL ESTE 2021

I like to greet you at the time I wish that everyone is very well.
I want to add you the latest news – which are all goods news-, regarding the organization of the XXXIV Senior Pan American Karate Championship Punta del Este 2021.
First of all I inform you that the Organizing Committee is doing its best to facilitate the entry to Uruguay of all those who attend the Pan American Karate.
In this sense, I attach the new conditions for entering the country, conditions which have been greatly simplified to enable everyone to attend.
The National Federations must complete the attached Entry Form - with all the data of their representatives, Athletes, Referees, Coach, Officials, etc.-, and the Organizing Committee will take care of authorizing the entry.
This has been a very important achievement because otherwise each one individually had to complete a Link for their entry, which was much more complicated.
I also enclose a Transfer Form which must be sent to the Organizing Committee duly completed, to coordinate your transfer from Montevideo Airport to the City of Punta del Este.
Of course, this transfer and other facilities will be for all those who stay in Hotels of the Organization because this point is very important due to the bubble system that will be in these Hotels, which will be for the benefit of greater security and tranquility for all .
Another very important issue that I also want to inform you of is that although a few months ago the PKF EC, following professional advice to ensure the safety of Athletes who possibly had their immune system more diminished, had made the decision to suspend -for this year -, Para-Karate competitions in Punta del Este.
Now, after the increasingly better situation in Uruguay regarding the control of the Pandemic, added to the fact that many Athletes already have their double vaccination, given the change in situation and at the request of the Para-Karate Athletes of America , we have again evaluated the measure taken, having now decided in agreement with the PKF Medical Commission ,PKF Para-Karate Commission, the Punta del Este 2021 Organizing Committee, the Uruguayan Karate Confederation and the PKF EC, have decided to reverse the previous decision and include again the Para-Karate competitions in this XXXIV Pan American Senior Karate Championship Punta del Este 2021.
Without a doubt, this is excellent news - not only for Para-Karate Athletes-, but for the entire PKF as well as for Host Uruguay.
I thank everyone for their understanding and collaboration and I hope to see you very soon in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
